Import reality baked in everywhere: de minimis USD 3, so plan +20-30%
landed on AliExpress/Seeed/Adafruit/Waveshare list prices (sota §F intro).
1. Component table (demo unit, v0.4 Plakat)
Prices: verified list price where a receipt exists in research; landed Rupiah estimates are planning figures, honest label TBV until an actual order lands.
| # | Part | Chosen SKU | List (verified) | Landed est. | Channel | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Compute | Orange Pi 5 Pro 16 GB | ~USD 109 | ~Rp 2.5 jt | AliExpress import | verified list; local = Rp 4.7 jt+ contingency |

2. Roll-up (demo unit)
Sum of landed estimates with the EE03 panel line (Yose call 2026-07-11): Rp 8.2-10.1 jt per one-off demo unit (was Rp 9.6-12.0 jt on the IT8951 line; low/high bounds of the table above; arithmetic, TBV against real invoices). Sits low-band in the v4.1 §47 price envelope of Rp 5-20 jt per node. Getting under Rp 8 jt: a demo-trim that skips LTE (line 10, ~Rp 600 rb, valid when the demo site has WiFi) lands ~Rp 7.6 jt low bound; an "Aksara Lite" build on the 7.5 inch panel (line 3b) sits far below that. The one-off 7.5 inch A/B unit (+Rp 1.29 jt) is a test purchase, not part of the per-unit price.
3. Demo unit vs pilot batch
- Demo (1 unit, cheapest path): table above; PC cut locally, cassette bent/CNC locally, signage-shop standoffs, FDM only for internal carriers. MJF nylon only if a local metal quote fails (JLC3DP PA12 quote-gated, ballpark Rp 1.4-3 jt UNVERIFIED, sota §F8; needs an STL upload, LEDGER 16).
- Pilot batch (10 units): box-build via PCBWay/Seeed/Elecrow class vendors; switch panel line to Good Display volume path (D19); revisit compute (Radxa Rock 5C 16 GB pricing) per device-spec §9.6. Quotes are Fase 1 work, not now.
- Standing money-constraint answer (was this file's open question): the aksara-ui web sim carries demos until funding lands; the demo unit is built when a funding source is named (LEDGER 0c). No purchase before that gate.
4. Import notes
- Everything import pays PPN 11% + duty (+PPh without NPWP) above the USD 3 de minimis; the +20-30% landed factor is already in the table.
- Buy domestic when verified local stock exists (R503, LiFePO4 packs, PC/acrylic, standoffs); import the rest (SBC, panel, XVF3800, A7672E, ATECC608B).
- Tokopedia price snippets came from bot-served search data; spot-check on a phone before any purchase (sota §F intro).
5. TKDN and procurement
TKDN percentage matters for e-katalog listing and government procurement
scoring. The local-content levers we control: enclosure (local metal + PC),
assembly (local box-build at batch), packaging, and software (all ours).
Compute/panel/mic remain imports at any realistic volume. Quantifying TKDN
is a Fase 1 task with the procurement runbook (ops/03_legalitas.md owns
the process; interacts with the katalog lokal etalase ask, LEDGER 0d).
Also flag: LFM-class model licenses with revenue gates (e2e report) must be
checked against procurement terms before any e2e audio adoption.
6. Open items
- LEDGER 16 (Yose hands): Waveshare-direct price check for the flexible 10.3 inch SKU; fingerprint module pick + bolt-head machining quote; JLC3DP STL instant quote only if local cassette quotes fail.
- Panel module outline drawing (flexible SKU) is the blueprint's stated main TBV; final margins wait for the physical panel.
- Real invoices replace every landed estimate in §1 as they happen; this table is the living ledger.
